Greening the inside

My quick green tip is about sea greens :)  If you are looking for a salt substitute or you are looking to add more trace minerals to your diet, or you are just looking for some new flavor to add to your cooking check out these Kelp Granules- ok so the name sounds really unappealing- but they are yummy!  Seaweed is crazy healthy for you and these granules are sprinkled instead of salt (idealy after the cooking is finished to retain as much of the healthy enzymes as possible).  I sprinkle them on salads, on baked potatoes, hard boiled eggs, just about anything- yum!
