I am so incredibly thankful for our local Santa Cruz Farmers’ Markets. The farmers are out in the rain, selling their gorgeous organic produce- sharing stories about their land and what is coming into season next. What abundance we have and *waves hi to my friends in the snow* how lucky we are to live in a place where we can have produce fresh from the fields. Thank you to all the Farmers!

Tonights menu- fresh lemon, asparagus, sorrel soup (that’s sorrel in the lower right), steamed rainbow chard, and something else that will inspire me later.
If only you could smell the heady intoxicating scent that fills my home right now….

These looks so yummy and yes you are very fortunate to live in a place that can grow food year around. Great product photography!
Farmers markets are the best. I love buying flowers from them…although I should do more veggies!
Oh you are so incredibly lucky! I was in Santa Cruz a year ago and didn’t want to leave–ever. The fresh produce is so heavenly and abundant. It just makes one feel healthier being surrounded by it.
